Dome Upcycling Design Festival
The event space is at Kansalaistori square, in front of Oodi Library, Helsinki city center. It is an open public space easily accessible by public transport (metro, tram, bus). Wheelchair and rollator accessible. No barriers or steps.
Dome Upcycling Design Festival is a two-day celebration of local circular entrepreneurship and upcycling culture, combining sustainable fashion, repair craftmanship and creative businesses within the circular economy. The festival honours founder Isabella Haas’s 30 years career in Finland and her lifelong mission to create a sustainable society. The event is held at Kansalaistori in front of Oodi Library in the centre of Helsinki. At the festival, visitors can: • Discover innovative upcycling products and repair services • Join hands-on workshops • Learn about repair culture • Experience fashion shows featuring recycling materials • Network with circular entrepreneurs • Explore cultural diversity through traditional crafts.
