
Walking Tour: Architecture of Historical Helsinki

Helsinki Central Railway Station, Kaivokatu 1, 00100 Helsinki
The walk takes place in public urban space and lasts approximately 90 minutes. The guide uses a microphone to improve audibility.
The route is approximately 3–4 kilometers in length. The walk avoids stairs and unnecessary steps, but some curbs are not lowered, and parts of the route include uneven terrain and changes in elevation. The pace is leisurely, with several stops. There are no easily accessible benches or seating along the route, but participants are welcome to bring a portable stool.
The nearest accessible, gender-neutral public toilet is located at the starting point at the Architecture and Design Museum’s D-Building (Korkeavuorenkatu 23, 00130 Helsinki).
