As one of UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage, Tranh Đông Hồ is a unique traditional Vietnamese folk woodcut painting. They depict everyday life, folk stories that embody the wishes and hopes of the Vietnamese people in their lives. In this exhibition, we explore the use of Tranh Đông Hồ in interior decoration. Traditionally, they are displayed in the living room or near the ancestral altars to honor tradition. Audiences are welcome to explore how these folk paintings not only serve as decorative elements but also carry deep cultural meaning and spiritual values. Throughout the exhibition, we aim to demonstrate how Tranh Đông Hồ can be thoughtfully integrated into contemporary living spaces, while still conveying its unique narrative value and a strong sense of identity.
