Open Studios application form 2024

This year the participation has been divided in: Open Studios Basic and Open Studios Plus. For the latter, we can offer more extensive marketing communication measures.

Open Studios Basic
– Listing on HDW’s calendar OS events page
– Digital marketing materials (for social media, newsletters and websites and for inviting your own stakeholders) for your own use
– Poster

Open Studios Plus
– Listing on HDW’s calendar OS events page
– Digital marketing materials (for social media, newsletters and websites and for inviting your own stakeholders) for your own use
– Poster
– Visibility in an article published by Helsinki Design Weekly
– Social media release on Helsinki Design Week channels
– Participating in a guided tour coordinated by HDW, where visitors’ advance notices are collected. After the event, the studios will receive information about the visitor profiles, as well as a mention in the post-marketing letter sent by HDW
