Service design workshop for hotel development

How can a hotel be of service to the residents of its district? Do you live or work in the Jätkäsaari area? Sign up now to a workshop organized by Helsinki Design Week and Clarion Hotel Helsinki.

Could a hotel be of service to its district in addition to the hotel guests? Helsinki Design Week wants to find out together with its main partner Clarion Hotel.

The service design workshop for the residents and operators in Jätkäsaari takes place on Saturday 6 May from 9:30 to 12:00. The workshop will explore how a hotel can improve citizens’ quality of life and how to improve hotel services through service design.

Please note that the event is held in Finnish.

The workshop will introduce various ideas, of which we select projects to pilot during Helsinki Design Week from 7 to 17 September 2017. Participants can test and review the pilot services in September.
