Creative Leaders Forum is a fireside chat of creative professionals and leaders. Our topics include stories and insights, solutions and inspiring practices and philosophies in the fields of creative work, collaboration and leadership.

In Fotografiska Tallinn we will discuss:

  • How to start something new and inspire others to join you?
  • How to lead creative work and collaboration?
  • How to network and collaborate with other art & culture organisations?

We will be getting together a group of super talented and experienced creative leaders from Finland, Estonia and Iceland. Participants of the discussion will be:

  • Margit Aasmäe – Co-Founder & CEO of Fotografiska Tallinn
  • Aleksi Malmberg – General Manager of Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra
  • Helen Sildna – Founder & Head of Tallinn Music Week & Station Narva
  • Iiris Autio – Managing Director of Tero Saarinen Company
  • Steinunn Ragnarsdóttir – Executive & Artistic Director of The Icelandic Opera
  • Hannes Praks – Chairman of Estonian Centre for Architecture & Co-Founder of research-based design studio Kuidas.works
  • Discussion will be moderated by Virpi Haavisto – Founder & Director of Creative Leaders Forum & Avantage.

The event will be hosted by Fotografiska Tallinn, and organised in cooperation with Fotografiska Tallinn, Performa Borealis and Avantage. Fotografiska is a contemporary museum of photography, art and culture. Performa Borealis is an Estonian production company focusing on film and performing arts as well as events production. Avantage is a Finnish coaching agency specialised in supporting the work of creative professionals, leaders and teams worldwide.

Warmly welcome!

The next day, on September 11th at 10:30-13:30, Performa Borealis’s founders Kristiina Reidolv and Inga Koppel will organise a “Behind the scenes” tour in Telliskivi creative area to visit some local art & culture organisations. Registration to the tour separately. More information and a registration link will come here later.
