Creative Leaders Forum is a fireside chat of creative professionals and leaders. Our topics include stories and insights, solutions and inspiring practices and philosophies in the fields of creative work, collaboration and leadership.

This time we will discuss:

  • How to lead creative work and collaboration?
  • How to lead an organisation of creative professionals?
  • How to co-create, collaborate and co-lead?

We will be getting together a group of super talented and experienced creative leaders from Finland, Estonia and Iceland. Participants of the discussion will be:

  • Discussion will be moderated by Virpi Haavisto – Founder & Director of Creative Leaders Forum & Avantage.

The event will be hosted by Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra, and organised by Avantage in cooperation with Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra, Helsinki Music CentrePerforma Borealis, and The Business of Culture Program of Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development (Aalto EE). Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra, founded in 1882, is the longest continuously operating professional symphony orchestra in the Nordic countries. Musiikkitalo is a concert and event venue in the centre of Helsinki. Performa Borealis is an Estonian production company focusing on film and performing arts as well as events production. Aalto EE’s Business of Culture program is an executive program for leaders from the Arts and Culture sector in the Nordic and Baltic regions. Avantage is a Finnish coaching agency specialised in supporting the work of creative professionals, leaders and teams worldwide.
