Helsinki Design Night at the Main Venue
Night culture is an important part of city life!
As part of the 2023 HDW, Helsinki Design Night was launched and once again wraps up the design week with a communal party open to everyone! Helsinki Design Night emphasizes the significance of night in urban planning. Ideas conceived at night can sometimes be freer and wilder compared to those coming in bright daylight.
The 2024 Helsinki Design Night will once again transform the main venue into something completely new – just as our familiar city corners might appear different in the twilight.
This year, Jori Hulkkonen will present an improvised 3 hour live set! Ambien, kraut and new-age. The afterparty will take place just a stone’s throw away at Post Bar.
Helsinki Design Night is organized in collaboration with 417 World and Finnish Design Info.
Bar Unikko in residence at Helsinki Design Week will be open throughout the event, with colourful wines served by Let Me Wine.
The main venue for Helsinki Design Week changes every year, with the programme being designed and implemented to suit the space. This year’s Helsinki Design Night venue is smaller than in previous years, and space is limited. Admission to Paasivuorenkatu 3 is free, but reservations are not possible. Please arrive early!
