Have you got something to show or say about data and design?
Helsinki Design Week is calling for presentations and demos for the sixth annual Data-Driven Design Day on 8 September 2020 at Bio Rex in the heart of Helsinki. Data-Driven Design Day is one of the main events of Helsinki Design Week!
The theme this year is Committed to Excellence/Services for Everyone. The theme is a tool for the participants, but as always the content matters most: the presentations and demos have to be relevant to designers, start from data, serve users and customers, and help society or businesses do better!
The call is now open for presentations and demonstrations from interested individuals and organizations to be part of the curated programme. The deadline for submissions is 10 March.
By mid March, all participants will be informed of the process outcomes, and the best will be developed further with programme curator Lassi Liikkanen. Please note that only one presentation per organization will be invited to be a part of the programme.
This year, the full-day design and data event will be able to accommodate up to 400 designers, data scientists, product managers and hackers. Expect to hear inspiring stories about developing products and services based on data to enhance customer experience and business practices. The first glimpse into the programme will be released in late March.
