No previous lettering experience is required, as the workshop will guide you through the basics of modern calligraphy step-by-step. By the end of the class, you will have learned the basic strokes, techniques and letterforms of modern calligraphy. At the end of the class, you will create your very first calligraphy piece!
The workshop is taught by Aini Mäensivu, the founder of Kalligrafiastudio – the first modern calligraphy studio in Finland. Since her very first workshop in 2017, Aini has introduced hundreds of students to the art of modern calligraphy.

Since opening the studio in 2017, founder Aini Mäensivu has introduced hundreds of students to modern calligraphy, and worked together with private clients, event agencies and brands such as Supercell and Louis Vuitton.
