An old pharma factory turns into a Design Garage Sale in Vallila, where creative professionals get together to empty their garages. At Design Garage Sale you can to get your hands on designers’ samples, seconds, and products from their earlier seasons, i.a. from Field Day, Kauniste and Uploud Audio. Hair cuts are offered for the price you choose.

In-Between Conference

What are the politics of art and education like in the Nordic socities? This is something a free conference held in Helsinki and Stockholm focuses on. The program consists of invited keynote speakers, panels, workshops, and artistic activities curated for academics, artists, teachers, and activists from various backgrounds. The event is organized by Aalto University, Checkpoint Helsinki and international institutes.

Design Museum Exhibitons
